acre eatery is a farm-to-table restaurant in Camperdown, the heart of Sydney’s Inner West. 
We are part of the community hub Camperdown Commons, formerly used as Camperdown Bowling club, and is now home to Sydney’s first Urban farm & restaurant concept.
 
The restaurant sources produce from on-site partners Pocket City Farms, who grow beautiful fresh produce, using organic practices. Menu's are seasonal, completely fresh & all products are made in house. 
We source the majority of our proteins, produce & other ingredients from NSW or Australia.

demi pastry chef

5 days per week (Full Time 40h contract)

We are looking for an experienced pastry chef who is passionate about creating seasonal, fresh food to the highest standards. Someone who has experience in a busy kitchen within a fresh food environment.

Chef de partie

Hours 4/5 days per week (Full Time 40-hour contract)

We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie who is passionate about creating seasonal, fresh food.  Someone who has experience in running a busy section within a fresh food environment.
