From July 1 - August 14

Acre will be transforming into a warm Italian farmhouse for winter, inspired by Chef Gareth’s formative years with Gennaro Contaldo.

We will have a new all-Italian menu offering delicious Italian home-style cooking in the form of house-made pasta, authentic pizza, all-Italian breakfasts and a dedicated dessert and digestif trolley.

Learn how to make focaccia and other Italian breads before sitting down to an Italian antipasti feast!

Join chef Gareth & the Acre bakers for a masterclass and learn how to master the art of making delicious Italian bread.

porchetta masterclass

Friday 19th July & 16th August from 7:00pm

Learn how to perfect the art of rolling free-range porchetta with the Acre chef’s and butchers!

Learn from Guiseppe, a second generation cheesemaker from Marrickville’s Vannella Cheese, as he demonstrates the art of mozzarella making, followed by a mozzarella-fuelled feast by Acre.

Meet the prince of free-range farming, Luke Winder from Tathra Place, as he and Chef Gareth guide you through a four-course Italian feast menu using Luke’s sustainable , pasture-raised produce with matching NSW wines.
