Experience making a bush favourite in a wood fired oven and sample the results with a country-style grazing food.

ginger beer: techniques in making & mixing
Friday 8th Nov from 7pm
A fermented favourite from the Owner’s recipe book, then mix some alcoholic versions with acre’s bar managers while snacking on some acre shares.

SAUSAGES WITH CHEF LUDO
Friday 15th Nov from 7pm
Make, cook then feast.
Chef Ludo will take attendees through French-provincial sausage making, then cook, then eat with acre baked-breads and accompaniments.

CUPITT’S LONG TABLE DINNER

Join us for a collaboration dinner with our friends from Cupitt’s Winery, Ulladulla NSW.

acre customers and members of the public will get the chance to bring their best country-style cake along, and have it officially judged by acre bakers and chefs!
